Nebula Drift is free to play, contains no purchases, no advertising, and no account system. By playing, you agree to these simple terms.

By accessing or playing Nebula Drift ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

License to Play

Voidcraft Games grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. All other rights are reserved.

Intellectual Property

All content within Nebula Drift — including visual design, code, sound, icons, and branding — is the intellectual property of Voidcraft Games and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws.

No Warranties

The Game is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Voidcraft Games makes no guarantees regarding uptime, accuracy, fitness for purpose, or uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue the Game at any time without notice.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voidcraft Games shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Game.

Children

The Game is suitable for all ages. Since we collect no personal data and require no account, there are no age-related restrictions on gameplay.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date above will be updated with any material change.

Governing Law
